These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders for services and products that you place with Bullseye Global Intelligence S.L., whose registered office is at PASEO GRACIA, NUM 53
PLANTA AT, 08007 BARCELONA-SPAIN

This includes any sale or service described in our brochures, price lists, advertisements, quotations, on the Internet, or verbally. The placing of any order implies that you have read and accepted these conditions of sale.

Bullseye Global Intelligence S.L. reserves the right to modify its Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

GENERAL

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the placing of an order by the Customer implies the Customer’s agreement to these General Conditions of Sale. No stipulation made by the Customer on the conditions of purchase, letters, acknowledgments of receipt, or other documents shall differ from those of Bullseye Global Intelligence S.L. if it has not been expressly accepted by this Company beforehand. The information contained in the catalogs, price lists, and website is for information purposes only. Bullseye Global Intelligence S.L. may modify them at any time, without prior notice, depending on the evolution of economic conditions.

Bullseye Global Intelligence S.L. makes every effort to ensure that the information on its website is correct and up to date.

Bullseye Global Intelligence S.L. accepts no liability for any errors or omissions that may exist on this website.

PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT.

Quotations or offers made by Bullseye Global Intelligence S.L. will only be valid in writing and for the period of time indicated therein. If no period is indicated, this will be 30 days. The price is available in the listings and in the online store and does not include taxes and shipping costs.

Payment will be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card at the time of confirming the conditions set out in the proposal issued. Bullseye Global Intelligence S.L. may suspend the delivery of the good or provision of the service until payment is in full. In case of late payment (default), recovery costs will be charged, and a default interest of 5% will be applied on the amount owed for each month that the amount remains unpaid, from the due date of payment until full payment.

DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE

The services shall be delivered within the agreed deadlines upon receipt of proof of payment or, in the case of deferred payment, upon confirmation by the Client of the pro forma invoice.

Delivery shall be deemed effected as soon as the Consultant has made the service available to the Client and the recipient has taken advantage of the service.

Suppose the services are not in conformity in nature or quantity with those described in the publication or do not coincide with the confirmed proforma invoice. In that case, the Client must make his complaint within two (3) days following the start of his online consultancy. Once this time has elapsed, the Client will be considered to have accepted the product.

REFUNDS

The deadline to process a cancellation of the service will be 10 days from the date of commencement by the customer. No cancellation will be accepted without prior authorization.

If the Client has the right to cancel a service and does so, it will be canceled before the service is used and in the case of bespoke projects not in progress. Otherwise, Bullseye Global Intelligence reserves the right to refuse cancellation. For more information regarding refund policy please click here.

GUARANTEES

The service offered by Bullseye Global Intelligence, S.L., has a guarantee established for all services offered up to 14 days after the consultancy’s completion date.

FORCE MAJEURE

We do not accept liability for delays (including delivery or services) caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control and shall be entitled to an extension of time for performance; examples of such circumstances include, but are not limited to, strikes, transport, supply or production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government action, and natural disasters. If the cause lasts longer than 2 months, either party may terminate this agreement without the right to compensation.

JURISDICTION

The present conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. To resolve any doubts, discrepancies, or divergences that may arise in the fulfillment and interpretation of the present Sales Conditions, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, renouncing any others that may be applicable to them.
